Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the documentation and filing systems to ensure it is kept up-to-date
  • Answering phone calls
  • Assist Company in preparing documents for financial audit
  • Assisting Directors & Designers in printing and filing all documentations
  • Prepare quotations to Client
  • Prepare invoices to Client
  • Prepare Purchase Orders to Supplier/Sub-Contractors
  • Monitor company expenses by updated all purchases in excel format
  • Handling and purchase stationaries and office pantry supplies
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of information received in the process of work
  • Any necessary administrative works which require your immediate intervention
  • Ensure to clear office dustbin
  • Monitor cleaner cleans office thoroughly and ensure all Company valuable things are being taken care of during the cleaning process

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or bachelor’s in office administration or any related field.
  • 1 year of experience as an office admin, office assistant, or any relevant role.
  • Outstanding organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes is a bonus.
  • Proficiency using MS Office
  • Customer-service oriented.
